Altra Federal Credit Union is looking for a Part-Time Member Service Representative in Onalaska, WI. This role is essential for delivering exceptional frontline service to members while accurately handling financial transactions. The successful candidate will embody a positive spirit and a commitment to enhancing member satisfaction in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet members warmly and assist with daily banking needs such as deposits and withdrawals.
  • Process transactions accurately and comply with credit union policies.
  • Promote credit union products and services to meet member needs.
  • Assist members with in-branch technology.
  • Maintain member confidentiality and adhere to security procedures.
  • Resolve member questions or concerns promptly.
  • Balance cash drawers and prepare daily reports.
  • Support other branch functions as needed.
