Overview

The Law Offices of Kanner and Pintaluga PA is seeking a Trial Paralegal to support attorneys in high-value litigation matters. This role involves case management and trial preparation, ensuring that all necessary documentation and logistics are in place for successful trial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain attorney calendars and track deadlines
  • Schedule depositions, mediations, and hearings
  • Manage case documents and litigation records
  • E-file legal documents through state and federal systems
  • Assist in preparing for depositions, hearings, trials, and conferences
  • Draft court filings and litigation documents
  • Prepare Trial Notebooks and Exhibit Lists
  • Coordinate trial logistics and manage courtroom technology
  • Communicate professionally with clients and other parties
  • Support fact-finding projects and maintain organized case files

Required skills

  • 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
  • 3+ years of Personal Injury Litigation experience
  • Strong understanding of discovery process and litigation workflow
  • Experience e-filing in state court
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfort with document and case management systems
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
