Overview

The Law Offices of Kanner and Pintaluga PA is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in ongoing cases and trial preparations. The firm, established in 2003, focuses on achieving favorable outcomes for clients in personal injury and property damage claims.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys with ongoing cases and trial preparations
  • Perform secretarial, clerical, and data entry duties
  • Maintain attorney's calendar and schedule depositions and meetings
  • E-file legal documents in Florida's E-Portal System
  • Draft legal court documents including pleadings and motions
  • Communicate with clients and send correspondence
  • Set up Court Calls or Zoom for hearings
  • Conduct fact-finding projects and maintain all case files

Required skills

  • 2+ years of litigation experience
  • Trial experience preferred
  • E-filing experience in state and federal courts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills
  • Effective communication skills
