What You'll DoPaint residential l projectsLead a small team of painters on siteReview job scope and coordinate materials and equipmentMessage the client the day before, and prep your crewWalk through the job with the client and set clear expectationsKeep work on schedule and quality on pointSend daily updates to the client and owner (what got done, any issues, what's next)Ensure the job wraps up cleanly - walkthroughs, touchups, cleanup, paymentCollect payment, request a review, and ask for referrals and lawn sign.
