Tipped position. Position Overview The Outside Services Attendant plays a key role in supporting the daily golf operations at EagleVail Golf Club. This position is responsible for managing the golf cart fleet, maintaining practice facilities (driving range and putting green), and ensuring the overall cleanliness and presentation of the golf course grounds and guest areas. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, with an emphasis on creating a welcoming, professional, and enjoyable experience for all guests. The ideal candidate is friendly, proactive, and able to respond to guest needs efficiently while supporting overall course operations. Duties & Essential Functions Greet all guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional mannerCommunicate clearly and effectively to assist guests with course use and navigationLearn and recognize guest names, when possible, to enhance customer experiencePrepare and stage golf carts in excellent working condition for daily useClean, inspect, and return carts to the cart barn free of debris and personal itemsEnsure proper storage and organization of golf cartsFollow all safety procedures, including safe operation of golf carts and equipmentInspect carts and equipment for damage; report issues promptly to the Director of GolfAssist guests with loading and unloading golf bags; maintain a clean and organized bag drop areaMaintain cleanliness of guest-facing areas, including:Player entrance and staging areasDriving range and practice greensPro shop and restaurant surroundingsStarter stationMaintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn and service areasCollect and clean range balls from practice facilitiesMaintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standardsParticipate in employee orientation and required safety trainingsReport guest concerns or complaints promptly to the manager on dutyPerform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications Prior golf course or related experience preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsPositive attitude and strong interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks, including bending and standing for extended periodsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heatValid driver's license required JB.0.00.LN
