Overview

SPF Screens & Awnings is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Outside Sales Representative to join their team. This role involves delivering consultative sales presentations and closing deals for premium outdoor living solutions, primarily through pre-set appointments. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in high-ticket sales and a proven record of exceeding revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct 2-4 qualified, pre-set sales appointments per day
  • Deliver professional, consultative presentations focused on value
  • Drive one-call closes and confidently ask for the sale
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial appointment to installation
  • Follow up strategically with issued quotes to maximize close rates
  • Support nearby territories when needed
  • Maintain expert-level CRM pipeline management

Required skills

  • 2-5+ years of high-ticket, consultative sales experience
  • Proven track record of overachieving revenue goals
  • Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
  • Strong objection handling and closing skills
  • Time management and territory management skills
  • Ability to present premium pricing in a persuasive manner
