SPF Screens & Awnings is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their team. This role focuses on selling premium outdoor living solutions through a consultative sales approach, delivering presentations, and generating sales from pre-set appointments provided by the company. Ideal candidates are driven professionals with a strong sales background who thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver professional, consultative presentations focused on value
  • Drive one-call closes and confidently ask for the sale
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial appointment through installation
  • Follow up strategically with issued quotes to maximize close rates
  • Support nearby territories when necessary
  • Maintain expert-level CRM pipeline management

Required skills

  • 2-5+ years of high-ticket, consultative sales experience
  • Proven track record of overachieving revenue goals
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage time and territory effectively
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs and utilize a ladder for measurements
