The Otolaryngology Physician role at Curative offers an opportunity to lead a full-scope Otolaryngology practice in a high-demand area of Mississippi with minimal local competition. The position provides a flexible 4.5-day workweek and the chance to develop services in allergy and audiology, along with a strong referral base to support immediate patient volume.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead a full-scope Otolaryngology practice
  • Manage outpatient clinic and surgical cases with dedicated OR blocks
  • Develop allergy and audiology services over time
  • Maintain a manageable call schedule to support work-life balance

Required skills

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
  • Eligible for Mississippi medical licensure
  • Comfortable with both outpatient and surgical ENT procedures
  • Interest in program development and service line expansion
