Steel Point Opportunities is seeking Operational Account Managers for a fast-growing AI marketplace. This role requires a highly entrepreneurial mindset to act as a trusted advisor to recruiting firms, helping optimize platform usage and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to top recruiting firms, guiding growth strategy and operational excellence
  • Identify bottlenecks across onboarding, engagement, and retention
  • Design systems that help partners perform at a higher level
  • Run marketplace experiments to improve liquidity and outcomes
  • Translate partner insights into internal tools and product improvements
  • Own and execute against revenue targets tied to partner performance

Required skills

  • 2-8 years of experience in account management, customer success, or revenue operations
  • Proven experience working closely with customers and owning revenue execution
  • Background in customer-facing or operational roles within high-growth startups
  • Experience owning a revenue number
  • Strong operator mindset with problem-solving skills
