Overview

Incredible Health is seeking an Operating Room/Surgical Nurse (RN) in Bradenton, Florida. This role involves providing direct patient care in surgical settings and requires experience in various specialties. Candidates are encouraged to apply if they have relevant surgical experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery
  • Maintain an aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room
  • Assist in the intra-operative care of the patient by performing nursing and technical duties
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and other physiological parameters during surgery
  • Communicate with patients and their families about the surgical procedure and postoperative care

Required skills

  • ADN or higher degree in nursing
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
  • 1+ years of experience in an operating room or surgical setting
  • ACLS and PALS certification preferred
  • Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
