No prior property management experience is needed; basic maintenance knowledge and hands-on repair skills are required, and we'll train you on the management side.This live-in position offers a spacious apartment, a part-time schedule, and the opportunity to make a difference in the place you call home. This hands-on role includes handling most routine maintenance and small repairs yourself and coordinating with service professionals for larger or specialized jobs. You'll also address day-to-day resident concerns and welcome prospective renters through apartment tours.We're looking for someone approachable and dependable who communicates clearly and follows through. The owners visit approximately once a month, so you'll oversee daily onsite needs between visits, provide weekly updates, and communicate promptly when something needs attention. The role requires a regular onsite presence Monday through Friday, with flexibility during the day.Qualifications:Hands-on maintenance and repair skills, including fixing leaky faucets and running toilets, clearing minor clogs, patching and painting walls, repairing doors, locks, cabinets, and hardware, and troubleshooting and making minor appliance repairs.A friendly, professional manner, sound judgment, and clear communication.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through reliably.Availability for a regular onsite presence Monday through Friday, with flexibility during the day and availability to respond to occasional after-hours issues or emergencies.Willingness to learn, live onsite, and commit to a contract of up to two years.Job Responsibilities:Handle most routine maintenance and repairs, coordinating service professionals for larger or specialized jobs.Conduct daily property walk-throughs and maintain shared spaces, including the pet park and tidying the clubhouse.Clean and prepare apartments between tenants, including turnover cleaning, touch-ups, and minor repairs.Respond promptly to resident questions and concerns, maintain positive resident relationships, and communicate community rules clearly and respectfully.Schedule and conduct rental tours and follow up with prospective renters to help fill apartments. Training will be provided.Oversee daily onsite needs between the owners' monthly visits, provide weekly updates, and report urgent issues promptly.To Apply:Please submit your resume and a brief note introducing yourself.
