The property is gated for parking, has lovely landscaping, offers extra storage units, has a BBQ common area with bike racks and in a quiet neighborhood. The current property has no vacancies and has been well managed.Compensation & Benefits $20/hour, approximately 12 hours/week $30/month cell phone reimbursement $20/month internet reimbursement Renovated 1BR on-site apartment (AC, brand new kitchen with stainless appliances). $1,250/month employee rent (market rent $1900 for the 1 bedroom/1 bathroom) Owner pays water, sewer, and trash Assigned parking included Company-provided laptop/desktop, printer/scanner, office supplies, and software accessGolden Avenue ApartmentsResponsibilitiesAssist with: Leasing and showing available apartments Resident communication Property inspections Move-ins and move-outs Vendor access and maintenance coordination Light property and grounds upkeep Reporting and responding to property issuesYou will work closely with Property Advantage's off-site professional management and maintenance teams.QualificationsProperty management experience is preferred but not required.
