We're searching for someone who can lead a busy office while creating an amazing experience for both our patients and our team.What You'll DoAs our Team Leader, you'll help oversee the day-to-day flow of the clinic, including:Lead daily team huddles and weekly staff meetingsCreate an organized, positive and productive clinic environmentVerify and manage insurance benefits and authorizationsPrepare and present patient Reports of Findings (ROFs)Conduct financial conversations with patientsAudit schedules and patient accounts for accuracyManage payments, credits, balances and daily reconciliationMaintain accurate patient notes, alerts and documentationOversee deposits, office inventory and administrative detailsCommunicate with leadership and keep the clinic running smoothlyWho We're Looking ForYou may be a great fit if you are:A natural leader who can encourage and hold a team accountableDetail-oriented and comfortable managing several prioritiesConfident having financial conversations with patientsOrganized and good at following systems and processesDependable and willing to take ownershipWarm and personable with patients and coworkersComfortable with technology and learning new systemsSomeone who notices what needs to be done - and does itExperience in a chiropractic, medical, dental or healthcare office is a plus, but leadership ability, character and willingness to learn are just as important to us.About UsAt Knight Family Chiropractic, our goal is to Create Amazing Relationships Every time.
