Overview

Privia Medical Group is seeking an Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join their dynamic, patient-centric environment in Walnut Creek, California. The role requires providing comprehensive care and performing a variety of in-office procedures while participating in a collaborative atmosphere dedicated to women's healthcare.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care with a balanced clinical mix of approximately 50% Obstetrics and 50% Gynecology.
  • Perform in-office procedures including colposcopies, LEEPs, IUD insertions, endometrial biopsies, hysteroscopies, and endometrial ablations.
  • Conduct major gynecological surgeries, including a high volume of robotic cases, in a hospital setting.
  • Participate in a favorable call rotation with CNMs covering primary call on a 1:6 basis.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with practice and regulatory standards.
  • Work a full-time schedule: 4 days patient-facing and 1 day administrative.

Required skills

  • Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Active California medical license or ability to obtain one
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Commitment to clinical excellence
  • Experience with robotic surgery preferred but not required
