Overview

One Stop Recruiting is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) for their Internal Medicine practice in Waldorf, MD. The NP will provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting, focusing on managing both acute and chronic conditions while promoting preventive care and long-term patient health.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide primary care services including well visits and sick visits
  • Manage chronic disease conditions and ongoing treatment plans
  • Perform medication management and prescription oversight
  • Conduct patient evaluations and develop care plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians and care team members to ensure continuity of care
  • Educate patients on preventive health and treatment adherence

Required skills

  • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Maryland
  • Experience in primary care or internal medicine preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and patient education abilities
  • Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting
