Overview

One Stop Recruiting is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in Tucson, AZ. This full-time opportunity is open to both experienced providers and recent graduates looking to advance their careers in a supportive healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and clinical assessments
  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with clinical guidelines
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and treatment adherence
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to support patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives

Required skills

  • Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license
  • Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Minimum of 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience
  • Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Correctional healthcare experience preferred
