Overview

One Stop Recruiting is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their growing healthcare team near Reno, NV. This full-time role focuses on providing high-quality care for patients with sleep disorders within a collaborative clinical environment, including a diverse patient population and an expanding pediatric panel.

Key responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans for sleep-related conditions
  • Manage ongoing patient care, including follow-up visits and treatment adjustments
  • Order, review, and interpret diagnostic testing results
  • Prescribe treatments and therapies in accordance with clinical guidelines
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and wellness strategies
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and support quality improvement initiatives

Required skills

  • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Nevada
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Experience with pediatric patients preferred or willingness to see all ages
  • Sleep medicine experience preferred
