Job DescriptionJob DescriptionA growing precast concrete company in San Marcos is looking for experienced tradespeople who take pride in quality workmanship.RODBUSTERSWe are looking for skilled Rodbusters with at least 1 year of experience.Responsibilities include:• Placing and securing rebar, steel mesh, and post-tensioning cables• Reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications• Cutting, bending, and shaping rebar• Building and tying rebar cages and mats• Inspecting completed work for accuracy and quality.WET CONCRETE FINISHERSExperienced wet concrete finishers are strongly encouraged to apply.Responsibilities include:• Finishing wet concrete on precast panels and structural components• Using trowels, floats, edgers, screeds, and other finishing tools• Patching imperfections and repairing voids• Producing smooth, consistent finishes• Inspecting finished surfaces for quality• Working with production crews to complete pours efficiently.QUALIFICATIONS• Previous Rodbuster, concrete finishing, or precast experience preferred• Strong knowledge of rebar or concrete finishing techniques• Ability to use hand and power tools• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced production environment• Commitment to safety and qualitySCHEDULE:Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PMMandatory overtime may be required based on production needs.PAY: $- If you have the skills and experience to do the job right, we want to hear from you.Company DescriptionTri-Starr Talent is a leading employment and professional placement firm focused on helping job seekers cut through the noise of the traditional application process.
