In this role, you will collaborate with engineering teams, customers, and global suppliers to ensure products are manufacturable, meet quality standards, and are delivered on schedule.This is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys working across product development, manufacturing, and supplier collaboration.What You'll DoLead and coordinate new product introduction (NPI) activities from prototype to productionWork closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure manufacturing readinessCollaborate with suppliers and contract manufacturers on prototype builds and pilot productionReview engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications for manufacturabilitySupport engineering change orders (ECOs) and resolve technical issues during product launchAssist with process documentation, validation, and quality requirementsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field3+ years of experience in NPI, manufacturing engineering, or product developmentExperience working with suppliers or manufacturing partnersStrong problem-solving and project coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentNice to HaveExperience with electronics or mechanical assembliesFamiliarity with ERP/PLM systemsKnowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, PPAP, or APQP
