Sky Resorts is looking for a New Home Sales Consultant to join their growing team in Desert Hot Springs, California. This role involves connecting with guests, guiding them through the home buying journey, and contributing to the success of resort communities through strong sales performance and customer relationship building.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through community engagement and events.
  • Guide prospective buyers through the home buying process with a hospitality-driven experience.
  • Confidently close sales and handle objections.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads and manage communications.
  • Collaborate with community managers and marketing teams to align on goals.

Required skills

  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in real estate or related industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable in a performance-driven environment.
