Multi-Media Communications Specialist II - Operations Center - Onalaska WI For 95 years, Altra Federal Credit Union has been committed to making meaningful connections with our members and communities. We are seeking a Multi-Media Communications Specialist II to conceptualize, design, and produce a variety of multimedia marketing materials that promote Altra's brand, products, services, and culture. This role will create compelling content that enhances brand awareness, engages audiences, and supports Altra's marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality video content, including filming, editing, and production for marketing campaigns and promotional initiativesDesign multimedia content for digital, social, web, email, and in-branch marketing channelsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to develop creative solutions that support business objectivesManage website and digital content to ensure a fresh, engaging member experienceCoordinate projects with external vendors and support marketing events as neededStay on top of emerging media trends and bring fresh ideas to Altra's marketing efforts Qualifications Minimum three years of equivalent industry experience requiredHigh School diploma, GED or HSED is requiredA two-year degree in graphic design preferred Skills & Abilities Professional, member-focused approach aligned with Altra's Brand PrinciplesStrong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effects)Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Proficiency with WordPressAbility to manage projects from concept to completionStrong time management and ability to meet deadlinesExcellent creative, conceptual, and writing skillsKnowledge of print production processesStrong presentation and communication skillsKnowledge of, or willingness to learn, financial products and servicesAbility to write, record, and produce radio spots and podcastsFAA Part 107 Drone License and drone experience preferred Availability This position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; between the operating hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.Position may require support for events during evening hours and weekends as necessary. Work Environment This position is located at Altra's Operations Center in Onalaska, WI. While this role is primarily onsite, remote work opportunities may be considered in the future following a period of successful employment.
