Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Summary: Wadsworth Glen Health Care and Rehabilitation Center, a 102-bed skilled nursing facility in Middletown, is seeking a dynamic and experienced RN MDS Director to join our team. As the RN MDS Director, you will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and directing the MDS process, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and services. This is a full-time salaried position with a competitive hourly rate and weekly pay. Up to $45 an hour, depending on experience.
