This position is responsible for creating and maintaining production jobs within the Epicor ERP system, ensuring materials are available to support production schedules, and coordinating manufacturing priorities to meet customer delivery commitments. This position will work closely with the Senior Production Control Supervisor and cross-functional teams throughout Operations, to coordinate schedules, manage material requirements, support engineering changes, and resolve production constraints in a fast-paced, high-technology electronics manufacturing environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDuties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Create, release, and maintain manufacturing jobs within the Epicor ERP system. Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and the Master Production Schedule. Evaluate material requirements using ERP/MRP tools to support production while maintaining optimal inventory levels. Coordinate with Purchasing regarding material availability and supplier delivery impacts on production schedules. Maintain accurate ERP planning data, including Bills of Material (BOMs), routings, planning parameters, and job records. Review production progress and recommend schedule adjustments to improve on-time delivery and manufacturing efficiency.
