Overview

Adecco is seeking Manufacturing Operators for a local customer in Braintree, MA. This role offers the opportunity to enhance your skills in a supportive environment while benefiting from Adecco's strong culture and access to various upskilling resources.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate computer-controlled equipment including Swiss lathes and grinders.
  • Conduct dimensional and visual inspections per print specifications.
  • Perform tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures under Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Maintain high quality, productivity, and dependability.

Required skills

  • Manufacturing Operations experience
  • CNC machining
  • Quality control
  • Blueprint reading
  • Computer programming
  • Problem-solving
  • Working knowledge of Citizen Lathes, Haas Grinders, Sunnen Hone, Centerless Grinders, and Fanuc Robotics
  • 0-3 years of experience in Production, Operations, or Manufacturing
