Overview

TRINITY ENVISION BUSINESS SERVICES LLC is seeking a Senior-level CNC Programmer/Machinist for their precision medical device manufacturing operation in West Chester, Pennsylvania. This role involves process ownership, CNC programming, and providing technical leadership to drive quality and efficiency in production.

Key responsibilities

  • Define machining processes and develop CNC programs
  • Set up and optimize Mazak and Swiss CNC machines
  • Lead machinists and manufacturing assistants within a cell
  • Perform First Article Inspections and precision inspections
  • Create and maintain setup documentation, SOPs, and process controls
  • Drive quality, efficiency, and on-time production
  • Support new product introductions and process development

Required skills

  • 8+ years production machining experience
  • 5+ years CNC programming experience
  • Expert-level machining and CNC programming skills
  • Strong CAD/CAM proficiency
  • Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
  • Experience leading machinists in a production cell
  • Manufacturing Engineering Technology or related degree (preferred)
  • Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience (preferred)
  • Mastercam, CamWorks, or SolidWorks CAM experience (preferred)
  • PartMaker for Swiss machining (preferred)
  • Mazatrol for Mazak machining (preferred)
