Overview

Description: Plan, coordinate, and execute manufacturing engineering projects within the foundry and assembly operations. Design, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, and production systems. Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, operators, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to support production goals. Conduct engineering testing, process validation, inspections, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Support project planning, engineering standards, product development, and manufacturing implementation. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, identify process improvements, and provide technical support on the shop floor. Coordinate subcontractor activities while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards. Spend approximately 75% of the time on the manufacturing floor supporting production operations.
