Overview

Adecco Staffing is partnering with a reputable manufacturing facility in Peterborough, NH to hire Manufacturing Engineers for 1st shift. This direct-hire opportunity offers competitive pay rates and the chance to join a growing company in the aerospace sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform design for manufacturability analysis of components and bearings
  • Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies for bearing assemblies
  • Create manufacturing plans and detailed work instructions from 2D and 3D models
  • Communicate timelines for program development and manage task execution
  • Lead Capital Expenditure (CapEx) projects from development to completion
  • Resolve escalated technical issues prioritizing performance, cost, or schedule
  • Participate in Kaizen events and implement LEAN principles
  • Oversee development of presentation materials and communicate with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Manufacturing Engineering
  • Aerospace experience preferred
  • Technical skills in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
  • Proficient with MS Office, including Excel and Access
  • Blueprint reading and engineering drawing interpretation skills
  • Ability to develop Capital Justification Analysis for ROI
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
