Your Key Responsibilities as Manufacturing Engineer: • Drive projects throughout the value stream • Work with teams and manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement • Work with other engineers to develop requirements and recommendations for large, complex processes and systems. Minimum requirements for this Manufacturing Engineer: • At least 3 years' experience in manufacturing or process improvement roles • Experience in electrical maintenance, CNC experience and machine programming • Experience with Process improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma • Like being out on the production floor & not behind a desk! • Proven skills at collaboration, managing time, & excellent communication skills.
