We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR-Manager to join our dynamic corporate human resources team with a primary focus on recruitment, hiring, employee events and engagement, and training and development. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment, supporting employee engagement initiatives, coordinating training and development programs, and providing day-to-day HR support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience while ensuring HR processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting positions, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and extending offers.Partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, colleges, and universities to attract top talent.Coordinate and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including orientation and initial training.Facilitate new hire orientation sessions virtually and/or in person. Employee Engagement & Culture Plan and coordinate employee events, including team-building activities, recognition programs, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.Support a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.Coordinate logistics for employee appreciation events and professional development programs. Training & Development Assist with the design, implementation, and coordination of employee training and development programs.Monitor training participation and completion and maintain accurate records.Partner with leadership to identify training needs and recommend appropriate learning opportunities. Human Resources Operations Maintain accurate HR records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with employment laws and company policies.Provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers.Assist with employee relations matters and conduct exit interviews, preparing reports and recommendations as appropriate.Support leave of absence administration and employee benefits processes.Monitor and adhere to the HR department budget.Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the Human Resources Director.Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or a combination of education and experience required. 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruiting, employee engagement, and training.HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication
