Overview

As the Property Care Division Manager at Blade Runners Outdoor Services, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and leadership of the Property Care Services Division, managing the maintenance of over 300 client properties. This role emphasizes strong leadership and communication to enhance performance, profitability, and revenue growth in the Tallahassee area.

Key responsibilities

  • Direct and support daily crew activities
  • Manage schedules within Service Autopilot (SAP)
  • Assign crews based on availability and job requirements
  • Oversee equipment readiness and fleet organization
  • Maintain consistent communication with crew leaders
  • Support team development and accountability
  • Enforce company policies and safety protocols
  • Respond to job requests and estimate needs
  • Assist with quality assurance and service-related concerns
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue within the existing client base
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members
  • Lead meetings with Team Coordinators
  • Assist in developing and refining SOPs, training materials, and company policies
  • Support retention of high-value clients through service, communication, and relationship-building
