Overview

As a Manager at American Sale, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers have exceptional experiences. This position involves effective communication, team collaboration, and meeting defined sales and financial goals, all while receiving mentorship and support from seasoned professionals.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop a full understanding of American Sale Agreements
  • Run day-to-day duties as assigned by the General Manager
  • Understand financing processes and communicate with corporate
  • Operate various software and POS systems including AS400 and Microsoft Office
  • Perform basic human resources tasks such as writing ups and conducting employee training
  • Document and execute procedures for inventory management and displays
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and proactive follow-up

Required skills

  • 1-3 years of management experience preferred
  • Skills in customer experience and communication
  • Team collaboration and mentoring capabilities
  • Financial goal setting expertise
  • Proficiency in software systems including Retail Calculus, ADP, and Microsoft Office
