Overview

As a Manager at American Sale, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences while leading daily operations. This position offers opportunities for career advancement and competitive compensation based on experience and achievement.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop a full understanding of American Sale Agreements.
  • Oversee day-to-day duties as assigned by the General Manager.
  • Operate financing processes and manage software systems and POS systems.
  • Handle basic human resources tasks, including employee training and documentation.
  • Manage physical inventory processes including marking items defective and relocating seasonal stock.

Required skills

  • 1-3 years experience as a manager preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in software systems including AS400, Retail Calculus, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Basic human resources knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
