Overview

As the Property Care Division Manager at Blade Runners Outdoor Services, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and growth of the Property Care Services division, which maintains over 300 client properties in Tallahassee. This role emphasizes strong leadership, organization, and communication to enhance crew efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Direct and support daily crew activities
  • Manage schedules using Service Autopilot (SAP)
  • Oversee equipment readiness and fleet organization
  • Maintain communication with crew leaders and support team development
  • Respond to job requests and assist with quality assurance
  • Identify revenue increase opportunities within the existing client base
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings and lead team discussions
  • Support retention of high-value clients through service and communication
