Overview

As the Property Care Division Manager at Blade Runners Outdoor Services, you will lead daily operations and ensure the growth and efficiency of the Property Care Services Division, which manages maintenance for over 300 client properties in Tallahassee. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to meet client needs and enhance profitability.

Key responsibilities

  • Direct and support daily crew activities
  • Manage crew schedules within Service Autopilot (SAP)
  • Oversee equipment readiness and fleet organization
  • Maintain communication with crew leaders
  • Support team development and enforce company policies
  • Assist with customer follow-ups and estimate needs
  • Help resolve field operation issues
  • Promote efficient crew performance and route execution
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities within existing clients
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings and lead team meetings
  • Support field operations as needed
