We are a beautiful A+ property in the heart of Rowlett, Texas and looking to hire ASAP.The right individual for this position embraces the value of a solid day's work, can commit to a full-time schedule, possesses experience in maintenance repairs, and values being an essential part of a team.The Make Ready will perform necessary repairs and preventive maintenance to preserve all buildings, equipment and site at peak level of operation and appearance, at a reasonable level of expense. Performs direct repairs and/or replacements of all mechanical and structural systems contained within the property.Responsibilities include:The Make Ready provides support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents.Assist in maintaining the community and assists others in the completion of Make-Ready apartments, exterior maintenance, and common areas of the property.Repairs maybe consist of painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs, drywall repairs, both vinyl and ceramic tile replacement, etc.Assist the community in the cleanliness of the groundsPerforms various functions such as exterior light bulb replacement, grounds equipment maintenance and repair, installation and removal of external signage and decorationsMaintains grounds, pools/ hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities to keep them clean, operational, and safe for our residentsSchedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm Requirements:High school graduate or equivalency.Bilingual Preferred At least one-year prior apartment maintenance experience is requiredHVAC, pool and electrical certifications preferred, but not required.Must pass background and drug screenMust have reliable transportationMust have a team player attitudeBenefits (Full Time Employees Only):Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLifeDisabilityCritical Illness & Accident CoverageLegal & ID TheftEmployee Rent DiscountReferral Programs - employees and residentsCompetitive WagesZayZoon - access 50% earned wages anytimeIntegrated Real Estate Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Integrated Real Estate Group participates in e-verify for employment authorization verification.
