What You'll Do Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic assembliesTroubleshoot robotics and automated systemsInstall electrical parts and hardware, replace electrical componentsPerform preventive maintenanceIdentify root causes of equipment failures and implement lasting solutionsPartner with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliabilityWork safely while supporting continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For We're seeking experienced industrial maintenance professionals who have:Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems in a manufacturing environmentWorking knowledge of PLC circuits and industrial electrical systemsExperience reading electrical schematics and working with control panelsExperience using welding equipment, soldering equipment, and common hand and power toolsBasic computer skills, including Microsoft applicationsForklift experience or the ability to become certified Why Valgroup?
