What You'll Do In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for maintaining the property's physical health and safety. You'll handle day-to-day repairs, prepare units for new residents, and support a clean, well-kept, and welcoming community. As well as keep current residents satisfied with completion of work orders. You will be able to float between our different locations to help with multiple locations. You'll take ownership of: Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and more. Preparing vacant units for new move-ins to meet our high standards. Keeping the grounds clean, safe, and inviting - including snow removal and landscaping. Handling service requests efficiently and professionally. Participating in the on-call rotation to respond to emergency maintenance needs. Supporting the property team in creating a great living experience for residents. What You Bring At least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience in residential, commercial, or related fields. Skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair. A high school diploma or equivalent (certifications like HVAC/EPA are a plus). A valid driver's license and insurance. A strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to safety.
