Overview

Easton Block and Supply, part of H&K Group, Inc., is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage ongoing facility maintenance and equipment repairs. The position emphasizes mechanical skills and troubleshooting, operating under the Maintenance Manager's supervision.

Key responsibilities

  • Adhere to OSHA/MSHA and H&K Safety policies
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production machinery and equipment
  • Maintain and clean Maintenance Shop tools and equipment
  • Complete work orders in a timely manner
  • Conduct inspections of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Train on the use and maintenance of new tools
  • Initiate and lead small projects as directed
  • Perform oil and grease maintenance and replace filters and valves
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 10 years of related experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
  • Welding experience
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Computer skills including data entry and MS Office
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use mechanical hand tools
  • Physical ability to meet job requirements
