Overview

Property Management, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for their Briarcrest Apartments in Hershey, PA. The role involves utilizing maintenance skills and providing excellent customer service in a stable, employee-owned company that has been a leader in the real estate industry for over 55 years.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with resident work orders in apartments
  • Assist with turnover of apartments
  • Perform grounds/landscaping work as needed
  • Conduct light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work in apartments
  • Handle appliance repair
  • Provide customer service
  • Perform salt/snow removal duties

Required skills

  • Prior residential maintenance experience
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Working cell phone
  • Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma/GED
