We're looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations by performing routine and emergency maintenance in a metal manufacturing environment.This role is ideal for someone who values safety, enjoys learning from experienced technicians, and takes pride in maintaining reliable equipment that supports production and quality standards. What You'll Be Doing Perform routine preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns across CNC machines, presses, and facility systemsFollow and enforce all company safety policies, including PPE and lockout/tagout proceduresWork closely with the Maintenance Lead Man for hands-on training and guidanceAssist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications to improve production efficiencyIdentify and report abnormal equipment conditions discovered during PMsMaintain accurate maintenance records, including work completed and parts usageSupport root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with 5S and ISO 9001 standardsYour work will directly impact machine reliability, safety, and overall production performance. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications preferred2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in metal manufacturingBasic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsExperience with CNC machinery and preventive maintenance programsWillingness to follow instructions, ask questions, and learn from senior staffFamiliarity with ISO 9001 principles and documentation practices is a plus Physical & Environmental Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbsComfortable working in hot, loud, confined, or elevated environmentsFrequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and use of hand and power toolsExposure to grease, metal shavings, and industrial equipment Benefits Paid vacationMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planOpportunities for training and skill developmentStable, team-oriented manufacturing environment Additional Information This position may include additional duties as assigned to support maintenance and production needs.
