Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor at Quantum Real Estate Mgmt LLC is responsible for overseeing the maintenance staff and ensuring the physical condition of the property is safe, attractive, and clean. This role involves managing work orders, maintaining relationships with residents and vendors, and providing emergency maintenance services as needed.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise maintenance staff
  • Establish daily work schedules and prioritize work orders
  • Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies
  • Conduct regular maintenance inspections and repairs
  • Serve as on-call maintenance for emergency services
  • Train new maintenance staff and provide ongoing instruction
  • Assist with annual budget preparation and capital improvements
  • Maintain safety compliance and conduct safety seminars
