Job Description

Overview

As a Maids Team Member at Janitronics, you will be responsible for performing a variety of light cleaning duties in private households, ensuring that homes are clean and orderly. You will work as part of a team to meet daily cleaning targets and follow The Maids' cleaning system and procedures.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform light cleaning duties including making beds, vacuuming, and replenishing linens
  • Complete assigned cleaning tasks in accordance with The Maids policies and procedures
  • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, and all other areas of the home
  • Report supply needs and any irregularities to the Team Leader
  • Assist other team members as needed
  • Perform additional project work and special services as requested
  • Train and demonstrate tasks to new members when necessary
