Overview

LiDestri Foods, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to safely operate machinery during the 3rd shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. The company is well-established in food product innovation and has built significant partnerships with major consumer brands.

Key responsibilities

  • Safely operate machinery with maximum efficiency
  • Perform machine set-up, operation, change overs, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain GMP standards around machinery
  • Follow SOPs for machinery in assigned area
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Issue raw materials into assigned work orders
  • Report food safety and quality problems

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Prior machine operation experience
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment
  • Basic computer and communication skills
  • Ability to use various hand tools
  • Forklift operation experience
  • Lock out/tag out certification
  • Team-oriented mindset
