WE OFFER:Pay Rate: $27.50-$32.50 per hourTemp to hire opportunitiesFull benefits package available on 1st of the month following 30 days on assignmentFast hiring process with on-the-spot interviews Open roles for Keene, NH: Machine Maintenance TechnicianAvailable Shifts:• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM (Friday overtime as needed)• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Wednesday 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Thursday overtime as needed) This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment including CNC machines, automated equipment, and production machinery. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment. Respond quickly to machine breakdowns to minimize production downtime and diagnose equipment failures using electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Additional Openings: Roller Inspection Technicians, Machine Operators, Assemblers, and Electrical Maintenance Technicians Qualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480V preferredWorking knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, motors, bearings, and conveyor equipmentExperience with PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley or Siemens) is a plusAbility to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawingsStrong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detailAbility to lift up to 50 pounds Bring an updated resume and come prepared to interview.
