WHAT YOU'LL DOAs an Maintenance Machine Technician, you'll help ensure ESI's production equipment is maintained, inspected, and ready to support manufacturing every day. Your work helps prevent downtime, improves equipment reliability, supports production efficiency, and ensures our customers receive their products Done Right, On Time. Working independently throughout our climate-controlled manufacturing facility, you'll perform preventative maintenance, detailed equipment cleaning, inspections, and operational support that help keep production moving. Your responsibilities include:Performing preventative maintenance on production equipment and related accessoriesMaintaining SMT equipment, conveyors, reflow ovens, wave solder equipment, ventilation systems, tooling, and production computersVacuuming loose electronic components and debris from equipmentAssisting with feeder repairs, calibrations, and equipment setupMaintaining ultrasonic cleaning systems and batch wash equipmentReplacing filters, cleaning tanks, and maintaining equipment support systemsIdentifying potential equipment issues before they impact productionSupporting preventative maintenance tracking and documentationOperating floor maintenance equipment to maintain a safe manufacturing environmentWorking closely with Production and Engineering to help maximize equipment readiness and uptimePerforming other production support duties as assigned WHAT YOU'LL BRINGThe right person for this role is someone who notices the details others miss.
