Overview

Adoration Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Private Duty position in Saddle Brook, NJ. This role involves providing expert, patient-centered care to clients and working in a supportive environment that emphasizes both independence and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 care following the client's plan of care while maintaining dignity and independence
  • Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed
  • Document nursing actions and communicate with family, case managers, and physicians
  • Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings as necessary
  • Ensure all patient needs are met according to physician's instructions

Required skills

  • LPN/LPT/LVN Degree from an accredited college
  • Current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • CPR professional certification
  • 1+ years of nursing experience (preferred)
  • Home health care experience (preferred)
