Groves Academy is seeking an experienced, collaborative, and deeply committed Lower School Teacher to join our team. You will work with small classes of approximately 6-10 students, each of whom brings unique strengths, challenges, interests, and tremendous potential. Our students are bright, capable learners who may experience dyslexia, ADHD, or other learning differences. They do not need someone to lower expectations. They need a skilled teacher who can understand how they learn, adapt instruction thoughtfully, and help them rediscover confidence in themselves.
