Overview

Faith Technologies is seeking a Low Voltage Superintendent to oversee installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of specialty systems in Madison, Wisconsin. The role involves managing teams, ensuring safety, and completing projects effectively while traveling 60-75% of the time for installations.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervises the installation of specialty systems and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Installs, troubleshoots, and maintains various specialty systems at customer sites
  • Develops and integrates project schedules with other trades
  • Generates additional revenue through upselling and pricing negotiations
  • Drives safety initiatives and participates in operational risk management meetings

Required skills

  • Experience in project management and team leadership
  • Knowledge of BICSCI Cabling Installation Program and National Electrical Code
  • Proficiency in installation and troubleshooting of networking systems
  • Technical writing skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Completion of Electronic Systems Technician Apprenticeship Program (if applicable)
