Overview

As a Low Voltage Superintendent at Faith Technologies, you will oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of specialty systems, managing a team of technicians and multiple projects simultaneously. This role demands strong leadership skills and expertise in various technical installations while promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise the installation of specialty systems and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Travel to customer premises for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of specialty systems
  • Develop and integrate project schedules with other trades
  • Independently develop accounts and generate additional revenue through upselling and negotiation
  • Conduct operational risk management meetings and drive safety initiatives
