Job Description

Overview

As a Low Voltage Superintendent at Faith Technologies, you will oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of specialty systems, managing a team of technicians on multiple projects. This position requires travel and focuses on safety and teamwork to deliver projects that meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervises installation of specialty systems and manages 10+ technicians
  • Travels to customer sites for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Develops and integrates project schedules with other trades
  • Handles complex and technical installations
  • Independently develops accounts, generates additional revenue through upselling and negotiation
  • Participates in safety initiatives and operational risk management meetings
